Water You Waiting For? Landscaping with Water-Conscious Native Plants

Come join us for aof fun at the museum! The San Bernardino County Museum is a nationally accredited institution in Redlands that serves 80,000 people a year. We tell the community’s stories, YOUR stories, and take pride in serving the public. In partnership with the San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District and the Inland Empire Resources Conservation District, we would like to welcome YOU to help us break ground on the revitalization of our native plant garden and ethnobotany garden. You will have opportunities to plant seedlings, remove turf, and learn about pollinators and indigenous foodways.  We will have activities for children, including art and crafts, and a paper-making workshop for adults. 

The first 50 participants will have their entry fee covered by our partnership with San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District. 

After the first 50, participants will need to pay for entry. The museum fees are: Adults: $10, Seniors/Students: $8, Children 5-12: $5, 0-4: Free, EBT card holder: $1
