Come join us a for a Free outdoor Pilates mat class and short educational session on the importance of Pollinator plants. The Pilates method is a low-impact full body strength training method. It focuses on proper alignment in all your physical activities, helping you build strength, increase mobility, and prevent injury so you can live a life of vitality! Pollinator plants are vital for our ecosystem and food supply. Being outdoors and gardening also "pollinates" our souls. Connecting to the earth, absorbing sunshine, and breathing fresh air all have amazing health benefits for us. So grab your yoga mat and join us a Smiley Park in downtown Redlands for a Pilates mat class and brief educational session on pollinator plants. You will get to take a pollinator seedling with you to plant in your own garden! Please RSVP with scheduling link below by to reserve your spot. Space and supplies are limited.

Instructions for participants: Please wear athletic clothing you can move and stretch in and bring your own yoga mat. Physical requirements for the Pilates class include being able to sit on the ground and stand up from the ground unassisted, bending forward, kneeling, and twisting.

While we are not charging for the event we are asking people to reserve their spot for the event so we can plan our supplies accordingly.
