Wild leafy greens grow all around us, in backyards, along trails and in fields. They likely have nutritional value that exceed farmed leafy greens found in stores. This workshop will introduce how one Redlands resident is taking advantage of the bounty. We will discuss commonly found wild greens in our area and provide examples of how to responsibly forage. Backyard wild gardening can provide large amounts of food throughout the year for very little cost and effort. A presentation about wild greens will be given, and detailed discussions can delve into whatever aspects interest the audience.
