Time: 6:30 to 8 PM
In a world where wildfire smoke, heat waves, and headlines about ecological collapse have become part of our daily backdrop, many of us are carrying a quiet, persistent dread about what the future holds. This Climate Anxiety Group Process is a space to name that fear out loud without being dismissed, pathologized, or told to simply “stay positive.” Together, we’ll explore what climate anxiety actually is, how it shows up in our bodies and relationships, and why your reactions make sense in the face of a destabilizing reality.
Through a blend of accessible education, grounding coping tools, and guided group process, you’ll have the opportunity not only to better understand your emotional responses, but to metabolize them in community.
This is a space for honest conversation, shared humanity, and learning how to stay psychologically present in a changing world without shutting down, spiraling, or going it alone.
